The fablight FL4500 is an incredible machine which can cut steel up to 0.25″ thick and aluminum at 0.1875”. You’ll find it perfect for sheet metal projects, thick enclosures, metal tube frames, structural product components, and more.

Our FL4500 is additionally equipped with a rotation module that enables machining of round and rectangular tubing as well.

Materials

The fablight can ONLY be used for working with metals! They need to be clean and uncoated, with no paint, adhesives, or oils on the surface.

Maximum dimensions for common sheet metals:

• Sheet size: 50 × 25″
• Mild Steel: 0.250″ thick in small quantities; 0.1875″ otherwise
• Stainless Steel: 0.1875″ thick
• Aluminum: 0.1875″ thick
• Copper: 0.065″ thick
• Brass: 0.080″ thick

Maximum dimensions for tubing:

• Round: 3″ diameter
